LCP Property Management

Ed did work on my yard - leveling it, adding a drain to the downspout across the yard, burying the drain, and coordinating hydroseed! He was very flexible and responsive, but also cared a lot! When you hire LCP you’re hiring someone who actually listens to you and cares about your opinion. Very worth it!

Ed helped me out with a number of small projects to get our house on the market. He worked fast and did a fantastic job—everything looks great and he solved all my problems. The house will definitely sell faster because of Ed’s work—so grateful we found him!!

Ed did an exceptional job replacing our badly rotted shed door, I would highly recommend him for any work you need done. He is a really nice guy and very reliable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They are very good people , on the time and trusted

"Excellent experience with LCP Property Management.” Ed and Tim were courteous, friendly, and professional from start to finish. They came out to give me a quote for my mantel installation and was able to install it the very same day, which was impressive. Their workmanship was excellent, and the mantel looks beautiful. I truly appreciated how easy they were to work with and highly recommend them!

I had an excellent experience working with Ed and his team! They are incredibly reliable and committed to work being done. Outstanding communication- responsive and transparent. I highly recommend LCP Properly Management to anyone looking for a trustworthy and highly capable team.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with this company. I had a number of small jobs after this past winter so I reached out via the online form and Ed contacted me right away, came out to check out the work the very same day (on a weekend no less!), and by Wednesday he had fixed all of the eyesores that had accumulated from ice and snow damage around the house. Very responsive, great communication, and fair pricing.

I have used these guys for several jobs over the past few years, large and small always with outstanding results. They are quick to respond to any issues, honest, trustworthy, reasonable pricing and quality work. I have used several local contractors in the area and these guys are absolutely the best and most reliable, show up when they say they will and get the job done as scheduled and on budget. Highly recommend using them for any type of home repair needs...

Great experience with LCP. They completed the project with skill and at a fair price. We will definitely hire them again in the future.

Amazing detailed work on getting our deck finished. Strongly recommend

Ed and Keith, who are LCP, are excellent. They are both very personable and friendly. Ed came within a day or two to review the property and gave a quote the following day. They started repairing the siding, garage door frames and window quickly, and were only slowed down by having to wait for the window and patio doors to be made. The quality of the work was first class. Painting new areas inside and out, and clearing up afterwards were also excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough and expect to have some more work done next year.

Need a new garage door motor installed, a window leak fixed, a t v mount installed, and a faucet put in? It is such a relief to finally be able to get all these things done with one call. Incredibly reasonable prices and fast response time, honest and accurate, and just all around nice people. Truly, i recommend them all the time and i'm looking forward to them coming next week and getting a bunch of things done before the holidays

Ed is always there when we need him, and does a great job!

We’ve used Ed on many occasions for home improvements as well as snow removal. Always a pleasure to work with! Highly recommended.

LCP has been our go-to for any and all interior and exterior repairs, plus they built us an awesome deck and an outdoor shower (get one!). Highly recommended!!!

Ed and his crew did a great job. They were honest, prompt and reliable. My wife and I love the way our patio doors came out. I would recommend LCP to anyone looking to update or upgrade their home.

Saved the foundation of my new home and a life saver for a large deck on the side of a mountain! Basically ripping and replacing the entire thing!! Responsive Goes above and beyond Affordable pricing Genuine, honest, straight forward Will continue to use long after job #1

I’ve used this company several times over several years. They are reliable and their work is excellent. They have done many home improvement projects for me and I will be hiring them again soon.
